With 5 holes left to play Skybet were still offering 7/1 against Graeme Storm and I had a quick tenner on him. :D I have now invested some of my winnings on Spencers tip S. Marino at 66/1 in running. I think at that price he might be good each way value for a top 4 finish at 1/5 the odds.

Marino only 3 shots off the lead after 11. I owe you a rather large drink if this one comes up Spencer. :)

Spencer4 moves to the top of the Today's Golfer overall leaderboard, while AJC wins the weekly FL Golf prize!

Congrats to both.

Just done a quickie copy and paste of the FISO F&E league... I rate 4th overall with one team (60pts) and equal last with the other (-4pts)- talk about opposite ends of the table!

on the overal game ive as good as given up, the 3 previous weeks my best teams before 1st tee had more points than after i believe :D

on todays golfer just like last year after a few weeks i forgot about it and went extremely backwards

Thanks Mr Green and Alan and the rest, so far all I think I've won is a box of balls :D , but at least I have the luxury of being able to pick the favourites from now on and see if anyone can overhaul me!

You are certainly in the driving seat now Jonathan. I have moved up to 167th but with you being able to stick with the favourites the only way that I can catch you is by hoping a couple of live outsiders do the business (like Simon Khan this weekend at the K-Club).??

Very constructive Jezster considering that this was your first post on this thread.

Jezster wasn't referring to the Simon Khan conversation, he was referring to Chrislondonlad invading the topic.

There is a practice of trying to dilute troll posts by simply requoting the last sensible on-topic post before a "troll" comment. However this is now getting out of hand to the extent that it is being used for feuds, hence Chris requoting to surpass Spencer4's last comment. This is the tedium that Jezster was referring to!

Yes, it's unfortunate it had to be done here on this topic, but enough is enough. This objectionable practice that certain arrogant, pompous members here have of determining what they consider to be troll posts is quite simply offensive and out of order. Only Admin or the Moderator hold the right to deem someone's posts unworthy of consideration, and they will then delete them.

To paraphrase the biblical, I shall do unto others what is done to me, hence the goings on here - but ironically, I will now requote the last on topic post in order to return this thread to topic now I have explained myself.

Sorry for being mistaken for you Spencer  I keep thinking I have Simon Khan every week - and then get fed up when I realise it is Simon Dyson I have

Question is, has he had his hot streak? Khan, not Dyson... Dyson sucks!
