When looking at the other teams i get on option to buy transfers which seems a bit odd.

well that'll teach me to read the rules. i entered six teams after aug 13th to have to go at this. could've saved myself both the time and the money.

fortunately i also entered six teams before the season started that have ok and looking athe the team on -34 i reckon i've still got a decent shot at it.

Steve Legg took out a Wolves defender for a Norwich defender who didn't play but it turned out well for him with 2 dodgy decisions meaning Wolves kept another clean sheet and potentially costing me a grand.

So from being out of it at 3pm, by 3:15 Stearman had picked up a yellow and conceded 2 so a win was looking good for me. I had a 4 point lead heading into injury time but City's ywo goals meant -2 for each QPR player so it finished with a tie at the top.

I assume it's £500 each for me and Mr Legg. Nice little unexpected last day bonus despite the slight disappointment of it not being £1000 as it looked like for so long. I'm good at picking bad teams so hope they do this again next season
