On the plus side, at least I had the decency to warn every one off Boselli. So thats one less passenger that I need to cast off.

And I still stand by what I said about Faubert. So lets wait till May until we start mocking Thomas.

Mind you he isnt my main worry.

Lamps. Jags, Gerrard, Rooney and Torres are more of a worry for me if they carry on the way they are until TW1.

He won't though according to Vickery. He has no pace, will not work the channels - no movement. He is an out and out goalscorer and little else. Needs to play two up - has never been successful as a lone striker like he is being played at Wigan (from the little I have seen of their formation anyway). I thought maybe Martinez had bought Di Santo in to bring out the best in Boselli but not so sure now. Next game will be telling. If he plays Boselli and Di Santo as a front 2 there could still be goals in him. But then I guess that would also rely on the rest of the team to start providing.

Unless he does manage to score there is little chance he will get rated 7+ anyway.

Bit like the Argentinian version of Darren Bent - without the pace or goals. :mrgreen:

Roberto Martinez is hoping Franco Di Santo has not suffered ankle ligament damage following Craig Gardner's 'reckless' challenge.

Could be hope yet guys....just need something to happen to Rodallega

He is like the injured player that cant come off because all the subs have been used, you know the one that just gets back before the ball is hoofed forward and just gets up with play seconds after thier defender clears it.

Unbelievable. He gets outscored by about 50 points by K Jones up to the first window, I make the transfer and so far Boselli's getting more points! On the plus side, Martinez seems to love Rodallega and Di Santo as a pairing so we won't be living to regret shipping Bos out...
