The presenter, don't know his name "united on course to be the first team to win the League Cup 3 years in a row" ??? Got to admit I thought Liverpool did this 4 times on the bounce in the 80s!

Also Michael Owen dropped the same clanger in an interview in an earlier round this season... am I wrong?

Yes, 81-84. Even if you class each sponsorhip as separate then Liverpool won the first three Milk Cups. Surely Mickey Owen should know that?

Thanks, maybe he said 'Carling' cup! In which case he's a bit of a numpty if he's differentiating between the same competition because of the sponsor.
