I like your tactics about getting more games out of people Bazza. Unfortunately I just don't have the time to try and work it that way, and would probably fail to suss it properly anyway. I have no clue about international players in terms of who is likely to play or not, so I have just chosen what I think is a strong 11 and will take it from there. That all means I can't give any feedback or advice I am afraid.

I really like the fact there are no budget constraints in this game, and it would be interesting if somebody took the plunge and tried it for the Prem league.

We've got 15 transfers for this part of the game.

I'm roughly trying to split my forwards into an ABCD and an EFGH transfer cycle start with ABDC, get 3 out and in 5 times ending with EFGH.... simples!

Van der Wiel - Dutch defender, instead of Cole, I see Johnson as more likely to get attacking points.

Is Snejder a guaranteed start? If you want two Englanders, then J Cole? Or other early players include Lodeiro (Uru), Ktasic (Ser).

I would keep a place for Maicon (Bra) and Skrtel could be worth a punt for the first two games, and maybe the third vs Italy.

Starting with the two Argentinians, could be a waste of a transfer. I assume Fabiano is on your hit list?

yip - we get 15 transfers for the group stages. Fabiano & Kaka I reckon... which leaves no space for Maicon

Not convinced that there are many points in defenders, but Maicon should be one
