Need a "not sure" option. Could vote "yes" and "no", but then you'd lose an awesome vote.

Anyone think his price will rise before the Villa match?

I am determined to bring in a Newcastle striker, villa have a shocking defense. but the big question for me is, will Ba and Cisse both play? and if so, which one do you bring in?

A surprising Q,as to which striker to choose. Most people will choose Ba.
Those who can't afford him may go for the cheaper Cisse, but probably not yet as there's a good chance he will start his first game on the bench.

Brought in Ba tonight for the simple reason that I have a freebie transfer to use and I couldnt see any other option I wanted to take. His is likely a keeper for a while so might as well get in him when I cannot see value elsewhere.

I appreciate people may want to wait and see though.

FS Record: FPL a work in progress, got over 2,000 pts last season, usually do a bit better in FISO IKTS league 2nd, 8th, 15th last 3yrs.
He's the one that got away for me this season, early in the season I knew I wanted a Newcastle striker but I went with Best  and then once Ba started scoring he just couldn't stop, and I couldn't afford the upgrade at the time. Now he's back I'll probably bring him in and captain him against Wolves in 2 weeks.

He's made a good start without even getting on the pitch yet, up by £0.2m since I bought him.

I'm half hoping he doesn't play today as McClean's 8+ points will come off the bench for me. Cue a 2 minute sub appearance.

Mixed feelings as, bar Bale going AWOL, no McClean points off the bench for me. Here's hoping Ba bags another one.

Villa have been the better team by far, which can only mean that Ba will get a brace at the very least

He's gonna go up in value again tonight to make it a 0.3m rise in 3 days!

It's possible he'll make it four in a row, 46 % already! Amazing! Anyway, no more rises after that until next gw (0.3/gw limit).

Really now? So a max of .3? That's quite disappointing.

I wasn't aware of this rule, what happens to all the ntis after a 0.3 increase in the same gw? Are they still counted up so that the price rise(s) can happen the following gw?

not in same gameweek. there are quite a few posts about 0.4 limit in the CTC thread. crack-the-code-2011-12-the-fiso-guide-to-fpl-price-changes-t86917-540.html

There may not be a ceiling, but no-one has managed 0.4 in one gameweek as yet - although if it is possible, then we'll know for certain this week!
