Villa dealt double blow
Carlos Cuellar and James Collins have handed Aston Villa a selection dilemma ahead of the new season.
The defensive duo have both been ruled out of Villa's Premier League opener against West Ham on Saturday.

Villa suffer Petrov blow
Aston Villa captain Stiliyan Petrov faces two months on the sidelines with a knee injury.
The Bulgarian midfielder sustained the problem in the first half of Saturday's defeat at Sunderland and had to come off five minutes before half-time.
And boss Gerard Houllier has confirmed the injury is serious enough to keep the 31-year-old out for upto eight weeks, with a scan planned later this week to determine whether he needs surgery.
"We have lost Stiliyan Petrov for maybe two months," Houllier told Sky Sports News.

Makoun makes Villa move
Aston Villa have confirmed the signing of Cameroon international Jean Makoun from Lyon in a £6million deal.
Makoun has signed a three-and-a-half-year deal at Villa Park after agreeing terms and passing a medical.
The 27-year-old is waiting to secure a work permit before he finalises his move and he will not be available for this weekend's Second City derby with Birmingham.
