another new feature for this year is that we can now see what what percentage of teams each player is in. does this mean that someone like suarez is a must as he's in 30 percent of teams? otherwise if he does well you are suddenly behind a lot of people. so have a base of highly selected players with 4 or 5 that not many have to make the difference?

towards the end of the season the end of the season u clearly want your team as similar as possible to those behind you if your winning and different to those in front of u if your behind. but i cant see how to apply this to the start of the season?

Surely you pick who you think is good - not what everyone else thinks ?

Nah, you don't win anything by being part of the crowd.

After Crimbo most teams look alike though, so getting those players before the crowd is the key..

But if he does badly you'll be ahead of a lot of people by not having him :!:

So, as said already, just pick whoever you think will do well! :D

First off pick who you want, and they will most likely end up matching a lot of other people's thinking, anyway. I suppose it is about balance. Big picks and dark horses, and the dark horses don't stay that way for long.

Enjoying the new features of this game (captain problems this week aside), and the GAME NEWS link is pretty smart, explaining their decisions on points. Although that could be risky as you well never please everyone.
