I did all my transfers last night and early this morning, and after I had finished I started thinking about something. With all of these additional transfer windows I fear that I am bound to end up with some identical teams. I can't be fussed going through them all to check if I have (before you say it, I know I should have used a spread sheet).

What's the ruling on this if I end up with two or more identical teams inside the Top 100 of any of the prize lists ?

I think each person is only entitled to one prize from each weekly/monthly competition so 1 team wouldn't be eligible

That's definitely the case with WDT. Not sure about others but as they have ben different throughout the season, i'd have thought they'd be ok for seasonal.
