Who has been the biggest disappointment, fantasy-wise, and the biggest positive surprise?

I must admit I have been shocked at how little Downing is returning. Considering the minutes he has played, his points tally is absolutely abysmal. Had him nailed on as a must-have at the start of the season, too.

As for positive surprise, despite not owning either player, Agbonlahor and Ba have been absolutely excellent in the first eighteen weeks. It's been hard not to sell more established forwards like Adebayor and Hernandez for these guys.

What say you?

BANG ON, wouldn't be at all surprised if KK moved him on, his been worse than shite.

Pluses - Krul and Vorm, incredible to think that Stekelenborg is ahead of either of them for the Dutch #1 shirt at the Euros. Ba's record is incredible, I'd be amazed if Newc are able to keep hold of him through the summer. Balotelli for being Balotelli.

Minuses - Suarez and Joey Barton

I would think a + is very suitable for Norwich's Steve Morison as well, one of the most consistent players thus far this season.

Seeing names as Sturridge and Enrique with a + is surprising as they have not surprised anyone now, have they now? I would add a + to RvP's name as well, surprisingly playing a lot and generating FPL points cause of that.

- Suarez  , Taarabt, N'Zogbia, Given and the entire defensive lot at Villa

Rooney and Aguero for their blistering starts.

For the first 5 gameweeks Rooney scored 59pts and Aguero 53pts. Ultimately anyone who had both and handed either the armband would have built up huge leads on their rivals. Anyone who didn't was kissing goodbye to a high finish just 5 weeks into the season!

I would like to award this season with the 'Most Frustrating Season of Bollox' [MF-SoB] ever!

Where no team, player or manager is consistent enough to to present a decent VFM.

Not so much a "half way point", more like flags at half mast!

I must admit i thought that after 5 weeks because i never had either player, but at the moment i am in the top 20k and doing very well in the Fiso m/leagues i entered.

As for fantasy plusses it has to be RVP because he stayed fit. :D

Minuses would be the Chelsea defence, thought they would be solid at the back :(

The lack of clean sheets overall has been disappointing. Block defences used to be a nice little strategy, but are often usless nowadays

- Chelsea, particularly the defence; and MU and Liverpool's attack

+ Vorm et al, Newcastle, Spurs esp Walker, Sturridge getting games and points at not a lot....
