btw does anyone know what the rule on assists is and anywhere it is displayed or is this just another gfm rule we are kept in the dark about :x

It doesn't give the criteria just this:
'Assists will be assessed and awarded by the Game's judging panel and the Promoter will not enter into any correspondence about such decisions.'
Funny how new teams can be bought up to May 15th yet there is no monthly or weekly prize.
