21 points ahead in my main league going into tomorrow. :|

Our teams are quite similar so i think captaincy is going to be the difference...going to bring in berbatov for Rooney and captain him and just hope for the best i think.

Up 28. Rival has some rotation issues but also very good players that I don't have - Suarez, Kuyt, Nani, Adam, Hernandez, Luiz, Vidic.

I probably will bring in Adam and then Tevez as well.

Out of all my classic leagues due to a really poor/stupid start in terms of transfer hits (as you can see from my FPL button)...

Knocked out in the semi of one of my H2H leagues, but in the final of the other one! I could end up with some "silverware", albeit imaginery, even after this shocker of a season!

Am 130ish and 70ish points clear in the two leagues I care about (for money). Won't really be improving on mid table in any of the other leagues when ranked against 'proper' FFLers. In a H2H side game final v Roga

I'll let you know on Sunday evening.

1 point behind but with a far worse squad than the leader and 3rd placed player 12 points back. I don't fancy my chances but it's been the closest race we've had since we began our FF careers in 2002 so could go either way!

5 points behind in a work league for a company i've never worked for. I am hoping to pss them off a bit by winning it - not least because I think most of them have very little grounding in football but i hear they all profess to be "football experts". I also believe they can't be knowledgeable purely on the basis that they work for a production company who make Dr Who episodes.

it'll be very close as the leader has a lot of similar players to me, although he kindly did me a favour last week by buying osman when i was convinced he'd go for n'zogbia, what a gentleman. Am hoping he gets rooney in this week.

The prize for winning is a sense of satisfaction, lovely stuff.

Won my work H2H league already, close mind, and will win the points version so long as no massive surprises hit - 39pts in front. However, (if I'm still working there) next season could be more interesting as the guy behind me was a debutant last season, had a shocking if not predictable start but since Gameweek 22 has moved up the world rankings every week except for GW35. Truly impressive for a beginner, and I'm crossing my fingers he doesn't find FISO otherwise he could be an FPL-monster!

I've won all mine, but to be fair the competition wasn't very strong! Overall this has been my worst season of the last 3 years but never mind!!

I think I've had my work's league tied up for a while now, so I'm just disappointed that I've only won MOTM once and I've not managed to break 100 points. 99 is my maximum haul this season.

I'm a point behind the leader in my H2H and we play each other this week!

I have a few unlikely starters so am thinking it may be worth making 3 or 4 changes this week and taking the hit just to try and win this league?

I just noticed my opponent has made four changes so far this week (didn't realise until now that you could see that info!), so I guess that answers my question!

Not as painful as yours, but I lost my head to head final by 1 point! :(

I think (think! Won't take it as a done deal until I see the update) that I've picked up an unexpected £20 in one of my work leagues - £25 for the prize, less £5 promised to my rival's head-to-head opponent if he bothered to pick a strong team

That puts me up £30 on the season, not bad, could be better.

My Private league could not have been any more nail biting in the end. Started off the day 28 points behind. Having won the league for the last 2 years I had pretty much given up on actually winning it again today. My rival made a late transfer for a 4 point hit so I needed 25 points to win as He has made far less transfers then me. 6 points behind me was the next nearest challenger.

For the last 2 months I have made it a priority not to have/buy the same players as the other two guys, at Kick Off today I had 2 players the same as the league leader - RVP and Suarez.

I got a bit lucky in that the leader had Coleman ( on bench but came in as Kolarov didnt turn up ) and Sturridge sent off. Goals from O Hara for me made it interesting. I had Berbs as captain, he went with Modric, the guy in 3rd went with Van Persie.

At Full time the league leader was 5 points ahead of me, with the guy in third now 3 behind me. It was going down to Bonus Points. Nervous wait for these to come in!!

Amazingly I got 6 more bonus points then both rivals to win the league!!! By 1 point!!Hats off to Baines (3), O Hara (2) and the token 1 Bonus Point for Fat Frank.

My rival was also in the West Ham forum leagues, I ended up winning both of those by the 1 point as well as he came second.

Delighted but feel bad for my mate, he`s been top most of the season. He was very unlucky with those sendings offs, but my tactic of going with different, quality players to the norm has massively paid off. I can`t quite belive it.

Tomorrow is trophy presentation day. I have Champange ready to go too!!

CHAMPION!! CHAMPION!!

That's a phemomenal win as so few of the top players did anything. Almost no one scored more than 1 goal or assist.

My closest rival would have had to better my 37 with 66 to overtake me. No chance. We both captained Tevez and he was lucky to get 40.

Lost by 3 points.

Took a 4 point hit to get Tevez in & captained him, which cost me.

Won the family league by 21 points - happy with that since I was about 120 behind my brother around Xmas.

Topped a 28 member mate's league as well, by 18 - but no prizes on the line.

Still doesn't hide the fact that I finished outside the top 50k though - strangely close to last year's final position (53.5k this year, 52.5k last)

Was 21 points clear going into yesterday, and all looked good until i saw my rival's bench that was coming in for him in the absence of VDV and Kolarov (Ameobi and Bardsley). Add that to N'Zogbia's assist coming off my total, and i was reaching for the abacus to figure out what was going on.

Won it by 3 points in the end. 8-)

After the start i had i didn't deserve it, but i'll take it. Had a horriffic start to the season - Original draft of my team had Carroll, Adam and Drogba and i bottled it and went Arteta, Boselli and Rooney at the last minute.

Spent the next couple of months chasing my tail trying to recover, and only got back to the top in February after a ridiculous month.

Thanks to everyone who has given out advice / shared team news etc through the season - and well done to all of you who were victorious too!

:D

PabloDiscoBar, amazing win :D Happy for you! Also congrats to all the others of course :)

And Drew, deserved or undeserved, you managed to show you won it right ;) Makes it even better after a bad start. Same goes for me, also had a horrid start I would say but I also won the mini-league I wanted to win. Could have gone down the wire at the end as #2 had no Berbs but Tevez (c) (and Adam among others) and I had Berbs (c) but no Tevez (and Adam). About 40 points difference. I kept thinking, as I was only watching ManU-Blackpool, what Tevez was doing @Bolton. No hattrick please! The commentators at OT didnt mention anything about the golden boot, only somewhere in the 70th minute that he could reach that cause he was tied with Tevez. Then I thought..mmm...so Tevez has not scored yet!? :D This was confirmed even more when Rooney came on, which I thought SAF only did to support Berbs in scoring that goal he needed. I had to wait and see about this during MOTD and as that finished, I noticed I was the only one in my league to go over 2000 points, eventually won with 50 points diff.

My God what a fight this turned out to be. The same guy managed to win our mini-league for the third time in a row, but the fight for second place was a real nightmare. Before the last gameweek I didn't know if I were to end up fourth or second but managed to beat my closest opponent by four points thanks to Adams amazing goal. Before christmas everything seemed hopeless. I was completely out of the title race and pondered giving up. But after a complete miracle I managed to come back.

Really happy, even though I can't seem to beat our number one (was extremely close last year but crasched and burned).

Next year I will be victorious!
