Kaymer has bogeyed his last 3 holes to sit at +2 after 13 holes :(

Not surprised he's struggling, you can't keep winning week on week.

Almost one third of OFL teams have him now, so it was a tricky decision this week :?

On one hand can you afford not to have him? On the other, if you want to make up ground on opponents, perhaps you should take a risk on someone else?

The other issue of course is fielding a full 6 players each week, and with Kaymer appearing for the next 3 weeks plus Dubai he was difficult to ignore!

I hope Kaymer does not win this week even by his own admission he says Westwood is the best in the world IMO Westy would have been number 1 a while ago if not for his injury.

On the other hand if Kaymer went number 1 and Westy 2 it would be great for ranking points on the European tour events they play in.

Surely that's Kaymer being modest?

I would be chuffed for Westwood if he did it, albeit in the silly circumstance of being injured and not playing, but I think Kaymer would deserve it more.

In the last 2 years, LW has won 3 events. Kaymer has 6, including a Major. He's gone back-to-back and back-to-back-to-back, the latter being a phenomenal feat. I would agree on arguments of Westwood's consistency over a long period that his claim has merit, but think Kaymer is more deserving. And don't forget the time he had off with his broken foot last year from the go-kart injury - what could he have done without that?

What a wonderful conversation to be having. No-one would have believed it a year ago

Here's the current ranking list, followed by the tables from a year and two years ago:

Must be beating Woods up.

Will he never be the same again, or will he fight back?

Wonderful to see two Europeans taking advantage of Tiger's demise, when the sensible money would have been on Mickelson, or maybe Stricker.

Who knows who'll be top in 12 months time :P

Looking at the 2008 table, who'd have thought Sergio, Villegas and Kim would have all fallen away as they have.

But of course the real shocker is Tiger. I for one think he will be back............and pretty soon too! but hope I am wrong!

I agree Tiger will be back but I don't think he will dominate as he has in the past.

May be worth noting that, with just 96 in the AV Masters field this week, the cut will see only the top 50 players, plus ties, complete the final two rounds.

How is everyone this week

Only 1 lot of best rounds but the likely candidates are in the points

Got a team with

Mcdowell
Derksen
Mcgrane
Kaymer
Hanson
Green
Could do anything on last day

And another more interestingly different one in

Garcia
Fisher
Hanson
Singh
Green
Bjorn

120 to win???
