Ive played sun dream team for 4 years. Prior to this i was in the telegraph comp.

If a newby came up to me now and said if you could give me one bit of advice what would it would be.....i would scratch my head and reply;

base your first selection around some proven pro's but make sure your first team is not fully laden with players from the big teams. Players from Stoke, Fulham, everton can earn good points. As the season progresses start to pull in more players from the bigger teams as they are still in most cups.

what would your advice be...It can be anything....
For eg you may say have 6 teams max.....

Or you may of the thinking knowledge is power

Personally, I'd say in the Sun game I think having certain starters is a must and no more than 2 punts in your starting XI.

With limited transfer opportunities, you cannot afford to wait 6 weeks to get rid of a Berbatov or Torres from your team.

Similarly, if you've got Boselli, Saha and Zabaletta in your starting XI; you're going to be stuck when it comes to transfer time (sure to be someone out of form and/or injured that also needs replacing).
