Suits me fine. I can go to the home game and watch the away match on the BBC. Rather that way round than the other.

In true fashion, this game could go back to the Saturday at 1245 if either side are in a FA Cup 4th round replay

The FA Cup third round Manchester derby will be shown live on ITV1 on Sunday, January 8.

The Barclays Premier League's top two will meet at the Etihad Stadium in a repeat of last season's FA Cup semi-final, with the match kicking off at 1pm.

It will be a big day for the Ferguson family because just after Sir Alex's Manchester United side have faced their city rivals, his son Darren will be in charge of Peterborough as they host Sunderland, now managed by Martin O'Neill, in a game which will kick off at 3.30pm on ITV1.

The tie between Arsenal and Leeds at the Emirates Stadium will be screened live on ESPN on Monday, January 9, kicking off at 7.45pm.

ESPN will also show two games live on Saturday, January 7 - the midlands derby between Birmingham and Wolves which starts at 12.30pm and Bristol Rovers v Aston Villa, kicking off at 5.30pm.

The draw for the fourth round of the competition will take place after the Peterborough v Sunderland match, at approximately 5.30pm on Sunday, January 8.

Stoke City's match with Swansea will now be played on Sunday Feb 26th (Confirmed 3pm)

The Matches which follow the first legs of the Europa League Last 32(which will also include both Manchester Clubs) are in the FA Cup Round 5

One of the second legs in Manchester will be on the Tuesday 21 February so whoever gets that match will not have to change their 25 February fixture

Unless it is Man City and they are in the Carling Cup Final !!!!

Arsenal v Blackburn, now 1pm Sat 4 Feb 2012 (earliest EPL kick-off that day)

The match, originally scheduled for 3pm, has been brought forward by two hours because there will be no service on the entire Victoria line on 4-5 Feb.

Arsenal claim the 1pm kick-off will provide supporters with the opportunity to remain behind at Emirates Stadium after the final whistle for specially arranged club activities, with the objective of relieving pressure on local transport services immediately after the game.

I wonder could sky change around the league games on carling cup final weekend again. If Liverpool qualify for the final their game with Everton will be postponed. That would leave the Saturday lunchtime slot available for the Arsenal Tottenham game and they could then show Norwich Man United on Sunday lunchtime. If City qualify for the final though, they'll just have to lose the Saturday teatime slot as I can't see the Met Police allowing an Arsenal Tottenham game go ahead at that time.

Arsenal's Boxing Day game postponed until 27th due to tube strike (BBC ticker)

(Chelsea v Fulham is definitely on 26th)

I wondered why Norwich picked a 1330 kick off ??

Also Arsenal v Spurs on the same day as Wembley final does not make sense

Over to you Liverpool ....

I think it's a Lambert tactical thing to minimise the recovery time for the opposition... we did the same thing against stoke back in august when that game got moved to a sunday 1.30 ko due to europa

I think you've already answered my question with the above, but presumably the same would happen to Wigan vs City on Mon 16th Jan if the Manchester derby 3rd round tie needs a replay?

If Man City qualify for the Carling Cup final, their league game with Blackburn could be played on FA cup 5th round weekend. It would have to be on the Sunday 19th though as they're on Europa League on the previous Thursday night.

Wednesday, so they could (but may choose to wait for a bigger gap, in their FA Cup-free end of season).
