I'm sure there are some already there, and I know there are a few around 900-950pts that are in with a shout also.

What do you need? How confident are you of making it?

I need 44pts from this GW. Not confident as I worry about most of my squad being rested!!

Should be a no-brainer, but I've already given 4 points back this week (making Sunderlandfan closer than I), have a yellow & red flagged player, and plan to captain Silva over RvP.

But I'm still feeling pretty good about things.

Similar situation, 83 away. Would require an awesome week and a perfect captaincy choice.

Realistically, if my captain doesn't bag a hattrick this week and the rest of my team isn't on top form as well then I'll be looking at a New Year's 1000.

Needed 68. RVP (c), Nani and Ba have come to play and now am on 55 points. Expecting 3 BP from Nani, potentially 3 from RVP and some from Ba.

Got Adebayor and Mata to play tomorrow too so i'm hopeful of a christmas 1000 pointer.
